Our premier decorator, Linda Happel will visit your home or office for a consultation.  Linda has over 8 years of decorating experience and many happy clients.  Once you contact our office, we will begin your project with our 3-step plan: 

  • We will set an appointment for an initial consultation.   During this consultation we will determine what your preferred decorating style is and the area(s) of your home or office that require attention.
  • A color board will be prepared and presented to you.  This color board will allow you to visually see the impact our plan will have on your home or office.
  • We will develop a strategy to implement our plan. 

  • decorating costs

    Many of our customers tell us that they have tried to decorate many times without success.  When you work with our decorating service,  guesswork will no longer be part of the equation.  We will systematically select colors, flooring, wood finishes, furniture and accessories that will compliment your space perfectly. 

    Rates are $75 for an initial consultation.  Following the initial consultation, rates are billed at $50 per hour.

    Informed home sellers realize that home staging will yield a greater return on their investment.  Research clearly indicates that staged homes sell much more quickly and for a considerably higher profit than homes that have not been staged.  It takes a savvy seller to realize the benefits of staging.  A fully detailed staging analysis will be prepared for homeowners outlining both recommended changes and necessary changes required to sell their property.  Your report will include everything from curb appeal through furniture placement, color and accessories.  Our staging goal will be to spend as little time and money as possible to obtain the desired results.  In this market, your home should clearly send a message to perspective buyers who, after visiting many homes see yours as the "obvious choice".  Let's get together and GET IT SOLD!!  

    The cost to prepare a comprehensive Staging Analysis Report is $175.
